Recently, Nenni & Associates partnered with a company in the Mechanical Services Industry to identify a Vice President of Mechanical Services.
The company is a comprehensive facility services provider offering integrated solutions to ensure efficient and safe building operations. The Vice President of Mechanical Services role would oversee the planning, coordination, and management of all activities relating to mechanical services, maintenance, calibration, and validation programs.
Nenni’s team of Jason McClean and Sean Bayless worked together to pull top-tier candidates from the Mechanical Services, Mechanical OEMs, Energy Efficiency, Manufacturing Air Moving Equipment, and Oil and Gas industries. One of the top requirements while searching for the best candidate was a proven track record of cross-team leadership of all operational areas while driving sales across the business.
Four candidates were chosen, and a final candidate, who came to the team through multiple leaders throughout the Mechanical Industry, was chosen.
The finalist showed exemplary leadership across various operational areas and held multiple leadership positions with competitors. An offer was made, and the candidate accepted.
