The client sought an individual who could help scale and mitigate financial risk and fit the company’s predictive index profile. Critical criteria included financial exposure and knowledge of construction services.
Sean Bayless and Sam Swafford of Nenni & Associates submitted ten top-tier candidates from the Financial Consulting industry as possibilities to fulfill the role. After interviews and careful consideration, three finalists were identified, and eventually, the final candidate was chosen.
The client made an offer to the finalist based on their incredible financial exposure and experience with a high-profile consulting firm. The company also appreciated that the candidate is relatively young in his career and has great potential for future growth. He was clearly the right fit as he showed confidence in his financial leadership experience and immediately connected with the team and the culture during his F2F interviews.
Sean Bayless is a Managing Partner for Nenni and Associates, where he leads business development and talent evaluation services in all areas of the HVAC market. An experienced senior manager, Sean manages key relationships with HVAC Manufacturers and Mechanical Contractors.
Sam Swafford has been with the Nenni and Associates team since April of 2013. As an HVAC and Energy Account Executive, he manages and develops a client base heavily made up of HVAC/Mechanical Service providers. In 2017, Sam also took over the responsibilities of team leader to develop a team of account managers.
